Now Kaitlyn has firmly found her place within the XCL Team, as our newest Trainee Recruitment Consultant, we thought we’d tell you a little bit more about her.

Kaitlyn joined us here at XCL Group earlier this year in June, and came in ready to get to stuck in from the word go.

Having no previous experience within recruitment, Kaitlyn soon picked up the role and in the short time she has been with us, has already established key relationships with both clients & candidates.

“I really feel like I’ve found my feet now at XCL and enjoy being part of such a close-knit team. No two days are ever the same, which is what makes it so interesting but it’s also very rewarding when you help someone find their perfect job”

Kaitlyn’s specialist areas of recruitment are Engineering & Manufacturing, where she deals with a variety of roles including temporary, temp to perm and permanent opportunities.
