XCL Group have a new opportunity for a steel Fabricator Welder for our client based in Huddersfield. The  role is a permanent position and they are looking for an individual who is confident with MIG and TIG Welding, and also Fabrication.

The main duties of the role will be, but not limited to:

  • Follow technical drawings to fabricate and TIG weld components.
  • Quality check all products fabricated to ensure that they are up to the high specifications and be able to highlight or resolve any issues.
  • Be able to confidently MIG and TIG Weld.
  • Be comfortable with using both electrical and manual tools.
  • Always follow all health and safety procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have MIG & TIG Welding and Fabrication experience
  • Be able to confidently read and follow CAD drawings.
  • Previous experience as a Fabricator Welder
  • Experience working with Mild and Stainless Steel
  • Used finishing tools as part of the fabrication process.

Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday 7:15am – 4:15pm
  • Friday 6:45am – 12:45pm
