As we are on the countdown to Christmas, we have seen over the course of 2023 that retention has been key for a lot of our clients and so in turn we have seen a trend of more temporary to permanent / permanent vacancies across a lot of our sectors.

When looking for a new job it can be easy to be drawn to a permanent position, which of course has it's benefits such as;

Ø Stability and long term employment.

Ø Potential to progress within a permanent placement.

Ø More likely to gain further training and development.

However, temporary to permanent positions can have many benefits too - while they differ to the above - they're just as valuable.
