As we head into the final month of the year, it is a common misconception that workplaces start to wind down, however this isn’t the case for the Manufacturing & Logistics sectors as this is one of their peak seasons.
This in turn means it’s also one of the busiest times of the year for XCL Group, with lots of warehouse & production roles on offer.
Working in a warehouse during the peak season can be full on but can also bring a lot of job satisfaction, as warehousing roles are an integral part of the supply chain, which at this time of year is key.

Please note, the XCL office will be taking it’s usual break over the festive period, closing at 4pm on Friday 22nd December and re-opening on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
