Here at XCL we're hoping that May will be just as successful as April was.
We had our busiest month yet of placing candidates in both permanent and temporary job roles, and this was done with the help of the newest member of our team – Jacob Wood.
Jacob joined XCL Group at the beginning of April and certainly hit the ground running! Having a background in the textile industry, previously working as an internal recruiter, Jacob was keen to develop his skills within recruitment further..
Jacob specialises in the Manufacturing & Industrial sectors of our recruitment and has already been receiving good feedback from both candidates and clients.
Jacob has been a wonderful recruitment consultant for us the last few weeks, he understands our business well and the specifics regarding textile manufacturing.
Jacob has sent us so many excellent candidates and we appreciate all of his hard work and patience with us. Recruitment isn’t an easy role, but he has listened to the needs of the business and offered extra support where needed to help us meet our goals.
