Here we are, in the middle of February already - how did that happen?! And that certain holiday we just can't seem to get away from is here......Valentines day!

Valentines is a day all about the love, however in the XCL Group office it got us thinking of all aspects of love and being a recruitment agency, what else do we live and breath everyday - Jobs! So this stirred up the question of, "Do you love your job?".

Job satisfaction isn't a given, and if you have that within your day to day role, that's something definitely worth holding onto.

It's been a while since we've had a bit of a bake off in the XCL office, so we thought we'd take the opportunity to do some Valentines themed baking.

We had all sorts of treats, including Cheesecake Brownies, Cupcakes, Biscuits and Red Velvet Cake.
