Is my CV good enough?

To secure a new job, you first have to secure the interview and an important part to getting the interview, is a strong CV that will make you stand out from the rest.

Here are some of XCL's 'Top CV Tips' to help you on your way:

Write a powerful personal statement - The first part of your CV a recruiter will look at

Always Tailor your CV - Take the time to tailor your CV to the role which are applying for to the role which are applying for

Avoid using Cliches - Cliches and overused phrases such as "result driven" can downplay your skills and experience

Correct errors & mistakes - Check and double check for spelling, grammatical and formatting mistakes
