Typically December isn't the chosen month to start a new job but this is the time to start applying and looking.

Lots of clients have new opportunities in the new year and will start to advertise these roles now in order to get new people lined up ready to start in the new year.

There is usually less competition across the market and companies are already planning the new year with a new budget so now is an ideal time to get ahead of the crowd before more people start to look in the new year.

XCL Group got into the Christmas Spirit and celebrated another great year at our annual Christmas work do over the weekend.
