Whether we think it's still too early or not, the Christmas countdown is on! Which can often mean a lot of our clients quieten down ready for Christmas shutdowns, before the New Year, but this can also mean companies are now getting ready for the New Year and reviewing their requirements for temporary staff, as well as securing those candidates in permanent positions.

With Christmas around the corner, in the office we wanted to give something back this year, so we joined the Christmas shoebox appeal, with Teams4u.

Over the last few weeks the XCL team have been bringing in items to go inside two boxes, which were then donated and will now be sent (along with many many others) to children in countries such as Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Bosnia and Romania, making this time of year just a little bit more special for them.

Please note, that the XCL office will close on Christmas Eve and re-open on Thursday 2nd January 2025 at 8am.
