At this time of year there's plenty festivities coming up; Bonfire Night, Christmas (yes Christmas is just around the corner) and with Halloween this week, we decided to get in the spirit of the season.

You might have seen from previous newsletters, here at XCL Group we're quite partial to a bit of friendly competition in the office and instead of our usual baking competition, we thought why not get a bit more creative this time around, with a Pumpkin carving competition.

I'm sure you'll agree they all look brilliant!
