XCL Group are working with a client who work with several blue-chip clients producing exclusive fittings for shop fit outs and restaurant refurbishments. They're currently looking for a skilled machinist, working in a solely workshop environment, who ideally have experience and can hit the ground running in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing shop fittings, seating areas and shop counters.

I specialise in Manufacturing and industrial recruitment, and have a background in the textile industry.
When did you start working at XCL and how long have you worked in recruitment?
I started working at XCL Group at the start of April 2024, previously I worked in a recruitment role for a leading textiles manufacturer and was keen to develop my skills further within the Recruitment industry.
What is your favourite thing about working at XCL?
I love the fact that everyday hosts something different, whether it is liaising with clients or candidates there is always something to keep you on your toes.
