XCL Group are currently recruiting for a well-known, and reputable textile company in Halifax. Growing year upon year, with customers both national and international, they are looking for an experienced Cutting Table Operative who can join their team.
This role is a temporary – permanent basis, and salary will be dependent on experience and discussed at interview. The role would be ideal for an individual from a textile background, who is fine with manual handling of heavier materials, and able to run a number of machinery at once.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing business who promote a 4 day working week and are looking for long term employees to join their business.

When did you start working at XCL, and how long have you worked in recruitment?
I joined XCL in April 2021, as a recruitment consultant and since then have progressed to Branch Manager. Previous to recruitment I was in a customer focused environment, as well as studying at Sheffield Hallam University
What is your favourite thing about working at XCL?
I enjoy working in such a busy, close knit team where everyone works together really well.
I also like the fact that I speak to such a diverse variety of people on a daily basis and there is always something to do.
