Our client is a family run business that specialise in the wholesale of beverages for pubs, bars and restaurants across the North West of England. They are looking for a sales person to join their team at their Huddersfield site.

The ideal candidate will come from a sales/ account managing background with experience in the brewery industry.  

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities

• Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers

• Regularly visit clients on-site to understand their needs, present products, and provide tailored solutions.

• Stay up to date with market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity. Share insights with the wider team to support product development and marketing strategies.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, providing regular reporting and feedback to management.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our full product portfolio to effectively educate and upsell to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the drinks or beverages industry.

  • Strong business development and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving.

  • Full UK driving licence– travel to customer sites may be required.

Hours

Monday – Friday , 40 hr week
