Due to an increase in workload our client is looking for Production Workers to start at their busy manufacturing site in Elland. Our client is a thriving company looking to employ a Production Worker on a Temp – Perm basis.
We are looking for people with previous experience within either an assembly, machine operative or industry relevant role.

When did you start working at XCL, and how long have you worked in recruitment?
I joined XCL in April 2021, as a recruitment consultant and since then have progressed to Branch Manager. Previous to recruitment I was in a customer focused environment, as well as studying at Sheffield Hallam University
What is your favourite thing about working at XCL?
I enjoy working in such a busy, close knit team where everyone works together really well.
I also like the fact that I speak to such a diverse variety of people on a daily basis and there is always something to do.
