XCL Group are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their busy office in Huddersfield. This is a part-time position that is offering 8 - 10 hours per week and could be worked in one day or across 2 days. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on accuracy and has an efficient work ethos.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recording the hours for temporary workers and submitting a payroll report.
  • Updating systems and records with absences and holidays.
  • Raising and sending out invoices and updating sales ledgers on a weekly basis.
  • Basic credit control and answering any payroll / invoicing queries.
  • Send regular statements when necessary.
  • Correlating new starter information and reviewing compliance documentation.
  • Regular mail merges with clients and candidates.

Job Requirements:

  • Past experience dealing with Payroll / Administration would be required.
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Outlook & Excel.
  • Full training on our CRM system will be given.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail as accuracy is key to this role.
  • Confident Liaising with customers over the phone.

Hours:

·        Tuesday 9am – 5:30pm (8 hours)

OR

·        Tuesday 9:30am – 3pm & Wednesday 9:30am – 3pm (10 hours)
