Our clients are market leaders in Control Panel design and production of bespoke control panels for a multitude of different sectors. Due to the continued growth, they are looking for skilled people to join their busy manufacturing site on the outskirts of Wakefield. Initially this will be a temporary requirement for 8 – 12 weeks but depending on the level of skill and the workload could result in a long term / permanent placement with the company.

I mainly specialise within the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors.
When did you start working at XCL, and how long have you worked in recruitment?
I Joined XCL at the beginning of June 2024.
I had no previous experience in recruitment before joining XCL Group, but they provided me with the training and guided me every step of the way.
What is your favourite thing about working at XCL?
No two days are the same and it is a rewarding job.
I also enjoy working with such a close-knit team that have made me feel very welcome.
