XCL Group are working alongside a growing company who are looking for people to join them, at a large manufacturing site in South Yorkshire. This opportunity offers the potential of long term employment and they’re looking for hard working and reliable individuals to become a key part of their manufacturing departments.
12 hour shifts
(one week on days 6am- 6pm, one week on nights 6pm-6am)
Every other weekend on shift

When did you start working at XCL, and how long have you worked in recruitment?
I joined XCL in April 2021, as a recruitment consultant and since then have progressed to Branch Manager. Previous to recruitment I was in a customer focused environment, as well as studying at Sheffield Hallam University
What is your favourite thing about working at XCL?
I enjoy working in such a busy, close knit team where everyone works together really well.
I also like the fact that I speak to such a diverse variety of people on a daily basis and there is always something to do.
