Our client is based just outside of Leeds and has been producing quality specialist joinery projects to an exceptional standard, for high profile and blue-chip clients for several years now and are looking to grow their team.
The successful candidate will join production management and become part of a tight knit team where being a team player is key.

I specialise in Manufacturing and industrial recruitment, and have a background in the textile industry.
When did you start working at XCL and how long have you worked in recruitment?
I started working at XCL Group at the start of April 2024, previously I worked in a recruitment role for a leading textiles manufacturer and was keen to develop my skills further within the Recruitment industry.
What is your favourite thing about working at XCL?
