We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Operative for a manufacturing client based in Halifax,

West Yorkshire.

The main purpose of the role would be to ensure the correct materials are supplied to the correct

areas in a timely manner.

Feeding raw materials into machines
Manual lifting
Use of the FLT (Counterbalance and/or VNA)
Organising and ensuring goods are sorted in a timely manner in the correct areas and accurately accounted for
Keep the warehouse organised and clean
To comply with 5S standards
Flexibility to work in all areas and assist team members
Undergo additional training as and when required
Abide to all health and safety standards at all times including wearing the correct PPE

There are two shifts available for the Logistics Role.

A Shift Rotation of 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm, working Monday to Friday

A shift Rotation of12 hour shifts 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am, working between Monday to Wednesday

Annualised hours may be invoked, should the business require - which are 12 hours shifts - and overtime is also available as and when required.
