Internal Sales Executive

XCL are working on behalf of our client who is looking for an internal sales executive to join their fast-growing business in Leeds. The ideal candidate will come from a sales background, who is competent in making and receiving phone calls to assist with generating new sales.

The main duties of the role will be, but not limited to:

  • Generating new sales and leads
  • Building strong relationships with new and returning customers
  • Working alongside the sales and marketing team
  • Hitting sales targets
  • Recording all data on the CRM program and keeping it up to date
  • Making outbound calls
  • Taking orders and processing them on the system
  • Following up on customer orders by working closely with the production team

Ideal candidate:

  • Will have background knowledge within the glass industry
  • Computer literate and the ability to work with the companies CRM system
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A flair in sales
  • Strong work ethic

Hours:

  • Monday – Friday Days
  • 8 Hour shift /Flexible Hours
