Our client is a leading UK manufacturer of drainage products and covers who supply several national distributors, particularly within the construction sector. They are looking for an injection mould setter to join them on the weekend shift, this role would be ideal for someone who has past experience in injection moulding and has a strong work ethic.
• Set up and maintain injection moulding machines to ensure they’re running at their optimum capacity
• Supervise the weekend production team, ensuring targets and quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot machines and oversee the maintenance to minimise down time
• Conduct quality checks
• Train any new operators on the injection mould machines ensuring strong leadership skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and improving production efficiency where possible
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in injection moulding and tool changing
• Supervising experience within a manufacturing environment
• Ideally drive and have access to your own transport
• Excellent attention to detail with an enthusiastic attitude
06:00 – 18:00 (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
Plus £100 weekly attendance allowance
