Our client is a leading UK manufacturer of drainage products and covers who supply several national distributors, particularly within the construction sector. They are looking for an injection mould setter to join them on the weekend shift, this role would be ideal for someone who has past experience in injection moulding and has a strong work ethic.
• Set up and maintain injection moulding machines to ensure they’re running at their optimum capacity
• Conduct tool changes efficiently
• Monitoring machine performance to ensure minimal moulds are sent to scrap
• Quality checking products and making sure they meet production requirements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with production manager and other operators
• Have a reasonable level of IT skills in order to update their system with things like downtime reasonings, scrap quantities, tool changes etc
• Always complying with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in injection moulding and tool changing
• Ideally drive and have access to your own transport
• Excellent attention to detail with an enthusiastic attitude
06:00 – 18:00 (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
Plus £100 weekly attendance allowance
