This opportunity offers the potential of long-term employment they are looking for hard working and reliable individuals to become a key part of their manufacturing departments.
Due to the locality of this job role and the timing of shift pattern we would require candidates to drive and have access to their own vehicle, as public transport can come with limitation for these shift times.

I specialise in Manufacturing and industrial recruitment, and have a background in the textile industry.
When did you start working at XCL and how long have you worked in recruitment?
I started working at XCL Group at the start of April 2024, previously I worked in a recruitment role for a leading textiles manufacturer and was keen to develop my skills further within the Recruitment industry.
What is your favourite thing about working at XCL?
I love the fact that everyday hosts something different, whether it is liaising with clients or candidates there is always something to keep you on your toes.
