Our busy client based in Huddersfield is looking for a confident Yard Operative to join their growing logistics department. They will give full training but are looking for hard working individuals who would be flexible in terms of shifts during busy times.
Working closely alongside the logistics and production teams, there would be further opportunities to learn new skills in the production departments in the future.
This role is for a temporary to permanent assignment that could result in permanent employment for the right person and would depend on the person’s reliability, work ethic and company workload.

I specialise in Manufacturing and industrial recruitment, and have a background in the textile industry.
When did you start working at XCL and how long have you worked in recruitment?
I started working at XCL Group at the start of April 2024, previously I worked in a recruitment role for a leading textiles manufacturer and was keen to develop my skills further within the Recruitment industry.
What is your favourite thing about working at XCL?
I love the fact that everyday hosts something different, whether it is liaising with clients or candidates there is always something to keep you on your toes.
