XCL are recruiting for a family run injection moulding company based in Barnsley, who have over 60 years’ manufacturing experience within the industry. Due to the continued growth within the company, they’re currently looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join their team. Ideally the successful candidate will be experienced in:
Programming
Setting
Skilled engineering

I deal with Manufacturing and Industrial recruitment
When did you start working at XCL, and how long have you worked in recruitment?
I joined XCL in April 2021, as a recruitment consultant and since then have progressed to Branch Manager. Previous to recruitment I was in a customer focused environment, as well as studying at Sheffield Hallam University
What is your favourite thing about working at XCL?
I enjoy working in such a busy, close knit team where everyone works together really well.
I also like the fact that I speak to such a diverse variety of people on a daily basis and there is always something to do.
