XCL Group are currently recruiting for a well-known, and reputable company in the heart of Halifax. Growing year upon year, with customers across the globe, taking their products to new market sectors. This is a great opportunity for someone to come in and develop the sales department.

This role is a permanent basis, The role would be ideal for an individual from a Sales background, who is competent on generating sales over the phone and face to face

This position will require the flexibility to attend exhibitions in the Uk and overseas. Client visits will also be required so a driving licence is essential for this role.  

The main duties of the role will be, but not limited to:

  • Generating new sales and leads.
  • Following up all potential sales leads.
  • Liaising with new and existing clients.
  • Meeting targets
  • Meeting potential clients
  • Compliance and industry knowledge.
  • Building strong candidate relationships

Preferred Skills/ Experience:

  • A genuine desire to learn the skills required in the role.
  • Excellent work ethic
  • A flair in sales.
  • Have good telephone skills.
  • IT literate and the ability to pick up and learn new information.

Hours:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 9am – 5pm
