XCL Group are working alongside a growing company who are looking for people to join them at a large manufacturing site in West Yorkshire.
This position is an assembly role, so experience in working with tools is necessary & having a keen eye to detail is also required. You will be on your feet all day assisting with the assembly of moulded plastic products.
Shifts will be rotating double days of a 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shift pattern which rotates weekly.
This opportunity offers a temporary position initially for 3 weeks, however if you pick up the role it may then be extended into a temp-perm role within the company.
Due to the locality of this job role and the timing of shift patterns, we would require candidates to drive and have access to their own vehicle, as public transport can be limiting for these shift times.

When did you start working at XCL and how long have you worked in recruitment?
I started working at XCL Group at the start of April 2024, previously I worked in a recruitment role for a leading textiles manufacturer and was keen to develop my skills further within the Recruitment industry.
What is your favourite thing about working at XCL?
