XCL Group are currently recruiting for a client based in St Austell, Cornwall who are leading manufacturers of plastic products, supplying medical products.
They’re currently looking for a hardworking enthusiastic individual to join their growing production team on a rotational shift. The role is for a skilled injection moulding technician and would be suitable for someone who has had past experience in a similar role.

When did you start working at XCL, and how long have you worked in recruitment?
I Joined XCL at the beginning of June 2024.
I had no previous experience in recruitment before joining XCL Group, but they provided me with the training and guided me every step of the way.
What is your favourite thing about working at XCL?
No two days are the same and it is a rewarding job.
I also enjoy working with such a close-knit team that have made me feel very welcome.
